Unlike physical health which tends to be easy to obtain, mental well-being is more difficult to obtain. Mentally healthy usually can only be obtained by people who have emotional stability, mental balance, and do not think too much about problems.

To get a healthy and mental and emotional balance, you need a healthy body and a clean heart (free from jealousy, envy, resentment, and various other bad qualities).
